George and i would like to thank you and your staff for the excellent service we received during the processing of our mortgage loan. I always felt that you had our best interest in mind as you listened to our concernces regarding interest rate, closing cost and other factors associated with our loan. Not only were you and Kristen always professionals, courteous and upfront with us, but we also appreciated that you were always available to answer any questions (and we had A LOT of questions). The fact that you were either available to speak with me when i called or if not, you would returned my call or e-mail in a quick time frame was very refreshing, especially in our changing world of answering machines and voice mails attempting to render customer service.
